does the NC dmv compromise for teens who live out of their school distict and who take classes in school which requires transportation, can they not just bump you up to a level 3 provisional license? even if you took all the neecessary tests and passed? %26amp; i know about the whole levels thing so please dont bring it up, i just need to know if theirs some type of compromise that can happen.|||Hello
