Im 15, and i cant get an endorsement yet, but is there ANY WAY i can get a permit or something before 18? Im sweatin and savin for a bike, and if i cant ride till im 18 i might cry. Im digging through the DMV sites. Please tell me what i have to do so i can ride...thanks all|||You can get your motorcycle learner's permit when you are 16 years old. You must first get your regular driver's license. However, a parent MUST accompany you to the DMV to sign the paperwork. A DMV official MUST witness any signature.

See the link below for more information

On the second link you will find additional links where you can download the North Carolina Motorcycle Manual and there are links to some practice tests.

But always remember. On a motorcycle stupid hurts|||Yes you can go to the DMV.
