I was in a wreck and i need to know if i go to the DMV if i will still be able to get my nines off?

i live in NC and i got in a wreck but didn't file with the cops just insurance will i still be able to get my restrictions off?|||didnt the insurance company ask for a police report? what kind of restrictions are you talking about? more than likely no
