In NC, after you have your permit for a year, what do you need to get your license?

Im 16, have had my permit for over a year, and never got a ticket. Im going to the dmv this month, but what do i need. will i take a written test? anyone know how hard it is to pass? thanks|||Study for 20 minutes and the written is easy.
