Is there a limitation on which NC DMV can prosecute on driving charges such as driving without DL and insuranc?

Limitations on Driving Tickets|||i wouldn't think so, its all one system in each state, like lets say you live in the mountains and your on vacation at the beach which would be a good 5-6+ hour ride, then you see you need to renew your live, just go to the nearest NC DMV where you are|||there is no limitation as to time frame ,however the county in which you got the ticket is the one you have to deal with to get it cleared up if you want to ever have a license again. also unless you have another Identity you won't obtain a license in any other state either.
