Question about NC dmv?

I'm about to go get my semi provisional license because i have my permit for 12 months. Now that i have passed the permit test last year, will i have to take a different test for my license? or just the driving course part? (north Carolina)|||it has been 15 years but I only had to take the written test when I got my permit.....when I went for my license I had to take the sign test %26amp; the driving part but no written. Hope this helps!
