Does anybody knows of any dmv offices in charlotte,nc that don't make you parallel park as part of the test?

Also which is the best location to go and try for a first time license.|||if it's a state DMV test, ALL of them will have the parallel parking requirement|||In Winston NONE of them require parallel parking. I'd assume it's the same statewide.
