If I have a violation on my NY license, will that transfer if I apply for a license in NC?

I remember my aunt got 5 DWI's in CA, and she moved to AZ and the DMV's in the two states do not have something called "reciprocity" according to her, so they did not transfer over. I was wondering which states have this "reciprocity"; for example If I change my license over from NY to NC, will my DWAI charge follow it over?|||Yes. pretty much all of the States share info now. The govt. is working on a new computer prog. for that very purpose.
